We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable individual within the horticulture industry to join our Land Based department at our Easton Campus.

This position is responsible for the delivery of a course to our dedicated students which is due to start in October 2019 for full time and permanent position.

The ideal candidate for this position should have an appropriate amount of skills, experience and/or qualifications in horticulture, teaching experience or qualifications are desirable. If you have practical experience in any areas of landscape design, plant management, horticultural production or organic crop production.

Our lecturers are responsible for the planning, delivery, assessment and moderation of the course within their department/specialism in order to enable the learners to achieve the learning outcomes including a high level of learner retention and achievement. In doing so they comply with the college's quality standards, the common inspection framework and the Self-Assessment Action Plan.
