Located seven miles west of Norwich city centre the campus is next to the Royal Norfolk Showground. The subject property benefits from having its own car parking facilities and internally, the property provides a shared reception and waiting area, a consultation room, an office, a prep room, a theatre, a lead lined X-ray room, a recovery room/pharmacy, cattery, kennels, isolation room, a large classroom, storage cupboard and a shared laundry room. All heating, electrical, IT, telephony, plumbing and drainage will be included within the leasing package.
