Higher Education Programme Leader in Agriculture

Easton Campus, Full Time, Permanent, £27,000-£30,000 PA.

Do you have the desire to create Degree Level students from your knowledge expertise, on our beautiful rural Campus?

We are seeking to appoint a full time Higher Education Programme Leader to be based at our Easton Campus.

The successful candidate will have vision and enthusiasm, coupled with a Post-Graduate Qualification, with practical experience and knowledge.

The postholder will be the driving force for ensuring the quality cycle within our range of degree courses and will also be the manager for a small team of employees.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification or will be willing to work towards achieving the qualification via the College’s internal teaching provision. The applicant must also have the ability to line manage a team and have a passion for developing the Higher Education department.
