Facilities Manager

As our Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core functions of the Easton Campus.

You'll ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for its employees and their activities, for the future of our students.

Your duties will include:

  • On-site Building Maintenance
  • Managing the Cleaning and Maintenance Team, giving direction and support where required
  • Budget Management
  • Preparing tender specifications
  • health and safety specifications 
  • contract management
