Easton and Otley College are seeking a to recruit a CRM Administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our vibrant Apprenticeship team to be based at either our Easton or Otley Campus.

The CRM Administrator will be responsible for duties such monitoring and managing CRM data input, creating accurate management reports to tight deadlines and assisting with the production of department documentation.  You will also create and update training manuals, policies and procedures whilst providing ongoing training for new and existing users.

The ideal candidate should have experience of supporting dynamics CRM or have previous experience working in a similar position.  You will have excellent communication skills, be process driven and be confident in training end users and working with stakeholders.
