Floristry Lecturer

Sessional hours | Casual / 0 hours | Otley Campus | Fixed Term Contract for 1 Academic Year | £11.40 - £28.06 per hour

Easton & Otley College are currently recruiting for an ambitious and experienced individual to join our Land Based department as a Floristry Lecturer.

This position is for sessional hours (zero hours) on a fixed term contract for one academic year, working at our Otley Campus 2 evenings per week and 1 workshop per month (around 7 hours per week).

The role will involve, under the direction of a Curriculum & Quality Manager, the delivery of predominantly theory based learning activities within the floristry area, in accordance with the agreed timetable.

As a Lecturer you will need to plan, prioritise and organise lessons and your own work and/or resources to achieve agreed objectives, whilst monitoring and assessing student progress and providing prompt feedback as required to management, students, parents / guardians / carers on students’ performance and achievements.
