HE Accommodation

The college prides itself on its expanding Higher Education population. We provide 2 blocks of accommodation for our highest level learners and aim to offer outstanding service for all students.

Both types of accommodation have single study bedrooms. Although meals may be purchased from college catering outlets during term times, rooms are let on a self-catering basis for the academic year (39 weeks).

All rooms in HE accommodation at the Easton Campus are let with a bed and a comfy mattress. To support working the college will also furnish the room with a desk, a single chair, a functioning wardrobe, a hot and cold tapped sink and plenty of storage space. Curtains and a waste paper basket are also included. Each room will also be provided with a mirror and an organisational pinboard. All rooms are centrally heated free of charge.

Bradley Hall

We are also pleased to offer an excellent well-maintained en suite facility, built to a high standard reflecting the needs of campus living, Bradley is available for students studying on Higher Education programmes at the college. With an ensuite for each room, this standard of accommodation is perfect for those requiring a more ‘live in’ feel to their experience. Bradley hall contains a large open plan sitting and kitchen area.

Please be sure that you are fully equipped for life in residence. We are happy for you to create your own spaces within your rooms by using your posters, photos, books, games consoles and computers. These are all perfect accessories to bring along to help you settle and feel at home. Please remember bedding, pillows and towels are NOT provided.

Please DO NOT bring microwaves, candles, incense sticks or anything flammable. Please refrain from bringing big and loud speakers. You are able to bring your own kettles, fridges, televisions (you will need a licence).

The college boasts some excellent on site facilities, including Tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and a state of the art 3G set up. In residence we offer free daily activities and trips away to fun places.

Activities in our calendar include: Paint Balling, Go Karting, Swimming, Football, Tennis, Basketball, Cooking, Film Nights, City Trips and regular trips to the local supermarket.

HE students are welcomed to join in with on-site activities.

HE Accommodation is rented for a set price of £120 per week for a duration of 34 weeks. This includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water and all other amenities.

Our En-suite rooms are single occupancy study rooms with a bathroom/wet room included. £120/week all inclusive with bills + £200 Damage Deposit paid upon application.

The college would like to make payment as easy as possible. Easton residential offer 3 payment plans.

£120.00 per week on a 34 week contract = £4080.00 Contracts start September 9th end date 24th May 2019. (Please note contract relates to academic weeks and rooms will need to be emptied during the Christmas period - 14th December - 6th January).

OPTION 2: 8 month payment plan: (September to April)

OPTION 3: Termly Plans - in relation to Student Loans.

- 1st term = 40%
- 2nd term = 40%
- Final term = 20%

Deposits of £200 are required with a six week notice period to cover the cost of damages and losses to student accommodation and property.
