Our residential facility at the Easton campus offers an invisible safety net providing a protected and caring start to independent living. You live where you learn and as a result we will provide you with a platform to enhance new skills and attributes that will encourage your development and growth. We request only that you do your best from start to finish.

Coming to our Easton campus to study might be your first time living away from home and staying in Easton residential is your key to a safe and comfortable life away from home. Our student accommodation will allow you to enjoy your new-found independence in safe, welcoming and sociable surroundings.

Life in Residence

We offer single occupancy rooms with shared facilities with 100+ other like-minded students providing your gateway to independent and supported living. We pride ourselves on the openness, friendliness and key values we instil in residence. We understand how important it is to feel safe and comfortable and as a result, we make you our priority. Moving from home is a big deal at any age, the foundations of our networks and friendly team will ensure you settle in quickly and comfortably. A stones throw from the classroom, field or farm you will be best placed to live and learn to the best of your potential while staying with us. Welcome to Easton residential.

Please complete the application forms below for a room in residence and to pay the boarding deposit (deposit refundable in full if a room is not allocated, otherwise this will be refunded at the end of the academic year subject to room check and any unpaid fees).

All student accommodation will contain a bed and mattress, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a hot and cold tapped sink, plenty of storage space, a set of curtains, a waste paper basket, a single vanity mirror and light and a good sized pin board for organisation. All rooms are centrally heated at no extra cost.

Please be sure that you are fully equipped for life in residence. We are happy for you to create your own spaces within your rooms by using your posters, photos, books, games consoles and computers. These are all perfect accessories to bring along to help you settle and feel at home. Please remember bedding, pillows and towels are NOT provided.

Please DO NOT bring microwaves, kettles, candles, incense sticks or anything flammable. Please refrain from bringing big and loud speakers. You are able to bring your own fridges, televisions (you will need a licence).

The college boasts some excellent on site facilities, including Tennis courts, A fully equipped gym and a state of the art 3G set up. In residence we offer free daily activities and trips away to fun places.

Activities in our calendar include: Paint Balling, Go Karting, Swimming, Football, Tennis, Basketball, Cooking, Film Nights, City Trips and regular trips to the local supermarket.

We like to think that if there is time, and we are available: we will try and do it.

The college would like to make payment as easy as possible. Easton residential offer 3 payment plans:

£125.00 per week on a 35 week contract = £4375.00 (Please note contract relates to academic weeks and rooms will need to be emptied during non academic term time).

OPTION 1: Total cost paid at start of term

OPTION 2: 8 month payment plan, September - April 19/20

OPTION 3: Termly Plans
- 1st term = 40%
- 2nd term = 40%
- Final term = 20%

Deposits of £200 are required on application to cover the cost of damages and losses to student accommodation and property.

The college would like to make payment as easy as possible.

The cost of the room is £30 per night inclusive of all meals. The college will send an invoice for the number of days occupancy expected for the year. The total fees can be paid either in full, in 3 equal termly instalments or in 8 equal monthly instalments commencing 04 September.
