    Rabbits and Moles using Aluminium Phosphide

    This one day training course is designed to prepare trainees for the Level 2 Award assessment in the safe use of aluminium phosphide - phostoxin or talunex for vertebrate control

    It is a recognised certificate taught and assessed for the sale, purchase and use of aluminium phosphide.  The training course is aimed at people new to the use of aluminium phosphide or as a refresher training to those already buying or using aluminium phosphide. A full training resource pack is provided.

    • Product Use - Cleaning, Storage and Records

    Once you have been trained you will have to carry out an individual assessment.Cost includes NPTC test which will be booked with our NPTC centre after the training course. To book NPTC assessment in advance please contact Fiona Green 01603 731250.

    Please note PPE equipment will be required for the Test (as below), candidates must come with:

    • Respirator c/w B1 or B2 Plus P3 for particulates
    • Disposable Spray Coveralls
    • Nitrile Gloves
    • Wellington Boots

    Course Advice Days are normally held on Saturday morning's from 9am-12pm. They provide an excellent opportunity to speak to course tutors, find out more about the courses we offer, have a tour of the facilities and speak to Student Services about any non academic questions like transport or bursaries.     We also have our campus open days, known as a 'Big Day Out' which take place in the summer term. Both campuses and facilities are available for you to explore, speak to tutors and students, watch demonstrations and have a go at activities.     The College Admissions Team will send out letters to all students aged 19 and over, on relevant courses, providing all the information needed from Easton & Otley College to enable you to make an online application with Student Finance England. These letters will be sent out during the summer term.

    For students resident in England and aged 18 and under on 31 August, before they are due to start their course in September, then your full time course fees are fully funded.
