Animal Care Lecturer

Full Time | Permanent | Easton Campus | £22,000 - £30,000 per annum

At Easton & Otley College we are currently recruiting for a full time Animal Care Lecturer to be based at our beautiful rural Easton Campus.

As a Lecturer you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, assessment and moderation of the courses within Animal Care to enable the learners to achieve the learning outcomes including a high level of learner retention and achievement. In doing so the you will comply with the college quality standards, the common inspection framework and the Self-Assessment Action Plan.

There will be a teaching load of 24 hours a week allocated to this post.

Whilst a teaching qualification would be an advantage it is not essential; as long as you have the relevant vocational qualifications with Animal Studies we can provide you with the necessary training, development and support to equip you to teach in the Further education Sector within our own College. CPD, mentoring and team support will be in place to support you to undertake and succeed in the role.
