Student Welfare Officer, £17,100 - £19,000 per annum. Full time, permanent, with onsite accommodation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and professional individual to join our Residential team based at our beautiful Easton Campus to support our cohort of 100+ residential students.
Student Welfare Officer duties include the day to day welfare and pastoral support for students, as such as ensuring the standard of care are met, implementing procedures and completing associated administration, safety and security of students as well as planning and delivering a range of weekly social / sporting / fitness activities for residential students. The role also includes implementing a ‘care standards’ plan for all students under 18 years of age and establish a programme of regular contact with ‘at risk’ students and / or those students requiring additional support.
The post of a Student Welfare Officer is a residential position and includes meals whilst on duty and accommodation, it is essential the post holder lives onsite.
