Full Time, Permanent, Salary £22,000-£30,000 per annum + 7% skills recognition payment

With the opening of our modern, well-equipped £3.75m Construction Centre, we aim to lay the foundations for a more secure future by trebling the number of construction students we teach at Easton & Otley College to over 300 learners by 2018.  Our state-of-the-art centre offers bespoke training in every area of the industry including bricklaying, building, building construction operations (BCO), carpentry, joinery and electrical installation; the high standard of facilities and experienced staff makes Easton & Otley College an excellent place to study and to work.

The post holder will be responsible for the planning, delivery, assessment and moderation of a course(s) within their subject area to enable the learners to achieve the learning outcomes including a high level of learner retention and achievement.  In doing so the post holder will comply with the college quality standards, the common inspection framework and the Self-Assessment Action Plan.

A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential as training can be given to the right candidate with the opportunity to gain qualifications through our teaching training course with our support and progress accordingly in the salary scale.
