Therefore Easton & Otley College are recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Curriculum & Quality Manager for our Engineering and Construction subject areas.

The post holder will be the areas subject specialist for Engineering and Construction; liaising with employers and experts on behalf of the College.  Reporting to the Assistant Principal, they will be expected to assist in the development and implementation of a vision for Engineering and Construction that is in line with the encompassing vision of the College, to ensure it is achieved through effective planning and management of employees, financial and physical resources available to the team. 

The post holder will have operational responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Engineering and Construction department, including the management of the quality of the curriculum content and its delivery ensuring that targets for recruitment, retention and achievement are set and met.  In addition, the post holder will undertake a weekly caseload of teaching and will act as a role model for delivering excellence in teaching and learning.
